Greg was a co-founder of ICA, then known as Ironstone Capital Advisory, and was passionate about the mining industry. Greg specialised in corporate and project finance debt, M&A, equity capital markets and structured commodity derivative transactions across Australia and abroad. Before ICA Greg held positions at RBS, Merrill Lynch and Chase Manhattan Bank in London.

In 2016, Greg was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma, a rare incurable blood cancer. Greg faced the challenges presented to him with great courage and maintained a positive attitude throughout treatment, always focused on the wellbeing of those around him. Greg established the ZAMASA Foundation in 2018 to contribute to ongoing research and improved outcomes for patients with Multiple Myeloma. He passed away in May 2023. Greg was an ardent Essendon Bombers supporter, adventure seeker, and storyteller. A true gentleman, and incredibly genuine, he was widely respected across the industry. Greg was not just a colleague, he was a friend, and is greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
