Matthew joined ICA Partners in 2022 with experience in project finance across the mining & metals and power & renewables sectors​. As a Geologist, he has strong technical experience in mine operations, project development, and exploration across Africa, Asia, Europe and Australia​.

Prior to joining ICA, Matthew held positions at SMBC, CSA Global, and Barrick Gold. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the Australian National University and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
