Kirk joined ICA Partners in 2022 as an experienced infrastructure and energy advisor. He specialises in unlisted acquisitions and divestments, PPPs, corporate debt and project finance.

Prior to joining ICA, Kirk was a Partner and Head of Australia for Brookfield Financial, and Senior Vice President at Macquarie Capital Funds. He holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney and is an Australian Chartered Accountant.

• Advising the consortium of Brisbane Housing Company and QIC on their social and affordable housing proposal to deliver, finance, operate and maintain ~600 new dwellings under the QLD Housing Infrastructure Fund (current)
• Consulting to NHFIC (now Housing Australia) in respect of the loan application of one of the three consortiums bidding for Round 1 of the Victorian Public Housing Renewal Program (~1,100 new dwellings)
• Advising DIF on their successful bid to design, build, finance, operate and maintain a 604 bed new FIFO workers accommodation facility in Karratha
