Andrew joined ICA Partners in 2019 and has over 16 years’ experience in renewable energy, project finance and infrastructure/PPP across 4 continents. He specialises in project finance advisory, unlisted acquisitions and divestments, and bidding in public tender processes.

Prior to joining ICA, Andrew held positions at CIMIC (Pacific Partnerships) and Skanska Infrastructure Development. He holds a Bachelors, magna cum laude, in Philosophy & Economics from Brown University (USA).
