Graduate and Internship Opportunities

The ICA Partners Graduate and Internship Programs target passionate, hard-working individuals looking to pursue a career in corporate advisory and project financing. ICA Partners has a strong history of employing exceptional minds through our student programs.

Successful candidates can expect to be working alongside staff at all levels to help deliver client outcomes, with exposure to live transactions under various coverage areas including infrastructure, transport and utilities, renewable energy, mining and metals and government sectors.

At ICA we value those who are motivated, show initiative and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

This program targets talented students due to graduate at the end of 2025 who would like to start their career within the banking and corporate advisory sector.

Eligibility:

  • University students in their final year of study
  • Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident

  • Resume (no longer than 2 pages) including WAM and ATAR (or equivalents)

Now open: ICA Partners 2025 Women in Banking Scholarship & Winter Internship applications

This year ICA Partners is proud to again be running our Women in Banking Scholarship and Winter Internship. This program targets talented penultimate year female students interested in a career within the banking and corporate advisory sector.

The Women in Banking Scholarship and Winter Internship will provide its recipient with:

  • A scholarship grant of $5,000 paid upon completion of their studies for the 2025 year, a Winter Internship during the 2025 mid-year break and a guaranteed spot in the ICA Summer Intern Program for 2025/26.
  • If the candidate receives an offer at the end of the Summer Intern Program to join the ICA Partners Graduate Program for 2027, the candidate will receive a further $5,000 upon their commencement of employment with ICA as a Graduate.

Eligibility:

  • University students in their penultimate year of study
  • Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
  • Identify as female

Requirements:

  • Cover letter (no longer than 1 page)
  • Resume (no longer than 2 pages) including WAM and ATAR (or equivalents)
  • Academic Transcripts

Terms and Conditions:

  • The ‘Winternship’ component is to be completed during the successful candidate’s mid-year break. For students with three standard University terms this will be between terms 2 and 3
  • The first payment of $5000 is payable to the successful candidate at the commencement of the Summer Internship (December 2025)
  • The second payment of $5000 is payable to the successful candidate at the commencement of the Graduate program (January 2027)
