ICA Partners is one of Australia’s leading boutique corporate advisory firms offering specialist advisory and execution services. Our four advisory principals have 80+ years’ experience across energy, resources and infrastructure disciplines gained from their time in senior roles at leading investment banks. ICA has carved a niche as an expert in the infrastructure, energy (including renewable energy), and natural resources sectors and we are a trusted independent advisor to ASX100 companies, governments, superannuation and infrastructure funds and developers across our industry sectors. Since being established in 2012, ICA Partners has advised clients on a range of different transactions, including M&A, asset acquisitions and divestments, debt and equity advisory, PPPs, project finance, strategic advice, takeover defence and capital raisings.

This year ICA Partners is proud to again be running our Women in Banking Scholarship and Winter Internship. This program targets talented penultimate year female students interested in a career within the banking and corporate advisory sector.

ICA Partners has a strong history of employing exceptional minds through our student programs. Successful candidates will be exposed to live transactions and will work alongside staff at all levels to help deliver client outcomes. We offer a ‘generalist’ approach where analysts may be given experience across a wide range of sectors including Infrastructure, Transport, Renewable Energy and Natural Resources. At ICA we value those who are motivated, show initiative and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

The Women in Banking Scholarship and Winter Internship will provide its recipient with:

  • A scholarship grant of $5,000 paid upon completion of their studies for the 2022 year, a Winter Internship during the mid-year break and a guaranteed spot in the ICA Summer Intern Program for 2022/23.
  • If the candidate receives an offer at the end of the Summer Intern Program to join the ICA Partners Graduate Program for 2024, the candidate will receive a further $5,000 upon their commencement of employment with ICA as a Graduate.

Eligibility:

  • Applicants must be in their penultimate year of study
  • Applicants must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
  • Applicants must identify as female

Terms and Conditions:

  • The ‘Winternship’ component is to be completed during the successful candidate’s mid-year break. For students with three standard University terms this will be between terms 2 and 3
  • The first payment of $5000 is payable to the successful candidate at the commencement of the Summer Internship (December 2022)
  • The second payment of $5000 is payable to the successful candidate at the commencement of the Graduate program (January 2024)
