Matthew Dunn

Matthew joined ICA Partners in 2023 and has over 10 years experience providing financial and commercial advice on energy and infrastructure transactions in Australia and the UK. He has broad sector experience across renewables, power transmission, transport and social housing.

Prior to joining ICA, Matthew was an Associate Director in the Infrastructure Advisory team at PwC. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, and is a CFA Charterholder.

  • Advisor to NSW Government on the $1.8bn unsolicited proposal for the M7-M12 integration project.
  • Advisor to QLD Government on its successful $7.1bn procurement of a new rollingstock fleet and purpose-built manufacturing facilities.
  • Advisor to NSW Government on renegotiating its project agreements with a housing provider under the Social and Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) 1 & 2 PPPs.
  • Advisor to a listed infrastructure investor on its bid on the UK Offshore Transmission Owner (OFTO) PPPs.
