Michael Siede

Michael co-founded Ironstone Capital in 2012 which was rebranded to ICA Partners in 2018. He has over 25 years’ experience advising in the infrastructure and energy sectors. His expertise includes strategic advice, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, listed and unlisted equity.

Prior to Ironstone and ICA, Michael was Head of Energy and Resources at RBS and Co-head of Utilities and Infrastructure at Goldman Sachs. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney and Chartered Accountant Australia.
