Rachael joined ICA Partners in 2015 and has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry. She specialises in infrastructure and energy transactions.

Prior to joining ICA, Rachael held positions at ABN AMRO, Royal Bank of Scotland and Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi. She holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney, was a Chartered Accountant and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

• Advising Spark Infrastructure regarding its $735m funding for the acquisition of its interest in TransGrid
• Advising numerous consortia for their PPP bids (across health, education, social and affordable housing, student accommodation, prisons, etc)
