Andrew joined ICA Partners on a full-time basis in 2025, after consulting with ICA Partners for several years. He is an experienced infrastructure and utilities advisor, with specialist expertise in M&A, public markets, project finance and debt and equity raising.

Prior to joining ICA, Andrew was Head of Infrastructure and Utilities (Australia / New Zealand) at Deutsche Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from the University of Sydney.
