Caitlin joined ICA Partners in 2023, and has experience in commercial advisory and transactions within the infrastructure, renewable energy and public sector.

Prior to joining ICA, Caitlin held positions as Consultant in Commercial Advisory and Transactions at KPMG, and Project Engineer at HPS Tech. She holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Honours) and a Bachelor of Finance from Monash University.

Akhil Prasad

Prior to joining ICA, Nathan held positions at CIMIC (Pacific Partnerships), EY and Super Investment Management (REST Superannuation direct investment subsidiary). He holds a Master of Business (Applied Finance) from the Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours) from the University of Queensland.
