Jessica Lu

Jessica Lu joined ICA Partners in 2024 as a summer intern before returning as a Graduate in 2026, with experience working on engagements across the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors.

Prior to joining ICA, Jessica held intern analyst positions at EY and Tattarang. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and Economics, from the University of Sydney.

Andrew Martin

Andrew joined ICA Partners on a full-time basis in 2025, after consulting with ICA Partners for several years. He is an experienced infrastructure, utilities and natural resources advisor, with specialist expertise in M&A, public markets, project finance, and debt and equity raising.

Prior to joining ICA, Andrew was Head of Infrastructure and Utilities (Australia / New Zealand) at Deutsche Bank, and co-founder and former Non-Executive Director of Stanmore Resources and Renascor Resources. He holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from the University of Sydney.

Joel McAloon

Joel joined ICA Partners in 2023, and has experience in valuations and financial modelling having worked on various engagements across Power and Utilities, Natural Resources, Renewables, Infrastructure and Technology.

Prior to joining ICA, Joel held positions in the Valuations and Modelling teams at PwC. He has a Bachelor of Commerce (Dalyell Scholar) from the University of Sydney.

Nicholas Morris

Prior to joining ICA, Nicholas held positions as a Summer Analyst at The Bank of England and Intern ECM Analyst at Henslow. He holds a Master of Science (Finance & Economics) from the University of St Andrews and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance & Economics) from the University of Melbourne.

Kate Noble

Kate joined ICA Partners in 2023, with over 10 years experience working in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining ICA, Kate held positions at Dexus, AMP Capital and Munich Re Australia. She holds a Diploma in Business from the University of New England.

Caitlin Nong

Caitlin joined ICA Partners in 2023, and has experience in commercial advisory and transactions within the infrastructure, renewable energy and public sector.

Prior to joining ICA, Caitlin held positions as Consultant in Commercial Advisory and Transactions at KPMG, and Project Engineer at HPS Tech. She holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Honours) and a Bachelor of Finance from Monash University.

Casey Portors

Prior to joining ICA, Casey held positions at EverBlu Capital and Barclay Pearce Capital. She holds a Bachelor of Economics (Econometrics and Economics) from the University of Sydney.

William Rametta

Nathan Reibelt

Nathan joined ICA Partners in 2022 and has over 15 years of project finance and investment experience in infrastructure and real assets, including renewable energy, PPPs, economic-risk assets, real estate and resources. He specialises in private / industrial equity, M&A, DCM, project development and structured finance as an investor and advisor.

Prior to joining ICA, Nathan held positions at CIMIC (Pacific Partnerships), EY and Super Investment Management (REST Superannuation direct investment subsidiary). He holds a Master of Business (Applied Finance) from the Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours) from the University of Queensland. Kirk Robinson

Kirk joined ICA Partners in 2022 as an experienced infrastructure and energy advisor. He specialises in unlisted acquisitions and divestments, PPPs, corporate debt and project finance.

Prior to joining ICA, Kirk was a Partner and Head of Australia for Brookfield Financial, and Senior Vice President at Macquarie Capital Funds. He holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney and is an Australian Chartered Accountant.
