Lily Zhang joined ICA Partners in 2025 through our graduate program, and has experience working in advisory across renewable energy and financial services sectors.
Prior to joining ICA, Lily was a Corporate Advisory Intern at Adara Partners and a Process Safety Engineering Intern at Sherpa Consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from UNSW.
Marilyn joined ICA Partners in 2023 as recipient of ICA’s Women in Banking Scholarship before returning as a Graduate in 2025, with experience working on engagements across the Infrastructure and Renewable Energy sectors.
Prior to joining ICA, Marilyn was at Challenger Limited as an Investment Management Intern . She holds a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies and Commerce with majors in Finance from the University of New South Wales.
