Matthew Bodley

Matthew joined ICA Partners in 2022, and has over 6 years of project finance and investment experience in infrastructure and real assets, including renewable energy, real estate and toll roads.

Prior to joining ICA, Matthew held positions at National Australia Bank, Atlas Arteria and Rand Merchant Bank in South Africa. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting Sciences and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of South Africa, and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Cape Town. Matthew is a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Accountant in Australia and South Africa.

Rayleen Bougaard

Rayleen joined ICA Partners in 2022 with extensive experience in office and facilities management, customer service and administrative support.

Prior to joining ICA, Rayleen held positions at Ansto – The Nuclear Australian Government Facility for several years. She holds a Diploma in Drug and Alcohol, Community Services from Tafe NSW.

Jon Bradfield

Jon joined ICA Partners in 2016, and is an experienced advisor across various sectors with a focus in recent years on the energy, infrastructure and resources sectors. He has significant transactional experience both domestically and internationally across M&A, as well as debt and equity financing.

Prior to joining ICA, Jon held positions at CIBC and RBS (formerly ABN AMRO). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.

Harrison Calligeros

Harrison joined ICA Partners in 2019, with experience in M&A and financing transactions across the infrastructure and natural resources sectors.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (1st Class Honours) from the University of Sydney. During Harrison’s studies, he completed an Electrical Engineering Honours thesis on the integration of large-scale battery storage in the National Electricity Market.

Jacob Campbell

Jacob joined ICA Partners in 2023 as a Summer Intern before returning as a Graduate in 2024, with experience working on engagements across Renewables, Infrastructure, and Government sectors.

Prior to joining ICA, Jacob held a position as an Intern Analyst at Acova Capital. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Advanced Studies) from the University of Sydney.

Katrina Chan

Katrina joined ICA Partners in 2022 as recipient of ICA’s Women in Banking Scholarship and gained experience working on engagements across Government and Renewable Energy sectors.

Prior to joining ICA, Katrina was an Intern at KPMG in Audit & Assurance, and Finance Strategy & Performance consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (International) with majors in Finance and Financial Economics from the University of New South Wales.

Daniel Cochran

Daniel joined ICA Partners in 2016. He is a specialist in mining finance with over 15 years’ experience in the mining and chemical industries.

Prior to joining ICA, Daniel worked in Business Development at Dow Chemical and Rio Tinto in China, and was a commercial lawyer at leading law firms in Australia and London. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Sydney, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and speaks, reads and writes Mandarin Chinese fluently.

Tristan Darwin

Tristan joined ICA Partners in 2017, and has over 15 years experience as an infrastructure and renewables advisor. He specialises in M&A, debt structuring and negotiation.

Prior to joining ICA, Tristan held positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Hastings Infrastructure and Macquarie Group. He holds a Bachelor of Finance (Honours) from the Australian National University.
