Matthew Bodley

Matthew joined ICA Partners in 2022, and has over 6 years of project finance and investment experience in infrastructure and real assets, including renewable energy, real estate and toll roads.

Prior to joining ICA, Matthew held positions at National Australia Bank, Atlas Arteria and Rand Merchant Bank in South Africa. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting Sciences and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of South Africa, and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Cape Town. Matthew is a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Accountant in Australia and South Africa.

Alex Bolger

Alex Bolger joined ICA Partners in 2025 and has experience working on transactions across the infrastructure, utilities and renewable energy sectors.

Prior to joining ICA, Alex was a Senior Consultant at EY. She holds a Bachelor of Economics and Advanced Studies, majoring in Financial Economics and Business Law from the University of Sydney.

Rayleen Bougaard

Rayleen joined ICA Partners in 2022 with extensive experience in office and facilities management, customer service and administrative support.

Prior to joining ICA, Rayleen held positions at Ansto – The Nuclear Australian Government Facility for several years. She holds a Diploma in Drug and Alcohol, Community Services from Tafe NSW.

Harry Bowler

Harry joined ICA Partners in 2025 and is an experienced advisor in the social and economic infrastructure, renewables, and energy sectors. He has significant transaction experience spanning Australia and New Zealand across M&A, PPPs, equity, and debt financing.

Prior to joining ICA, Harry was an Associate Director at Capella Capital and Vice President at RBC Capital Markets. He holds a Masters in Finance RMIT/HKU and a Bachelor of Environmental Management (First Class Honours) from the University of Queensland.

Jon Bradfield

Jon joined ICA Partners in 2016 and is an experienced advisor with a focus on renewable energy, storage and adjacent sectors. He has significant transactional experience both domestically and internationally across M&A, debt financing and equity raising.

Prior to joining ICA, Jon held positions at CIBC and RBS (formerly ABN AMRO). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.

Penny Butler

Penny joined ICA Partners in 2025, and has experience working on valuations and M&A across Power and Utilities, Renewables, Infrastructure and Construction sectors.

Prior to joining ICA, Penny was an Associate at PwC. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Advanced Studies, majoring in Finance and Accounting from the University of Sydney.

Jacob Campbell

Jacob joined ICA Partners in 2023 as a Summer Intern before returning as a Graduate in 2024, with experience working on engagements across renewables, infrastructure, and government sectors.

Prior to joining ICA, Jacob held a position as an Intern Analyst at Acova Capital. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Advanced Studies) from the University of Sydney.

Katrina Chan

Katrina joined ICA Partners in 2022 as recipient of ICA’s Women in Banking Scholarship and gained experience working on engagements across Government and Renewable Energy sectors.

Prior to joining ICA, Katrina was an Intern at KPMG in Audit & Assurance, and Finance Strategy & Performance consulting. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (International) with majors in Finance and Financial Economics from the University of New South Wales.

Prior to joining ICA, Michael was a Senior Associate at PwC. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics (Finance and Econometrics) from the University of New South Wales.

Alistair Craib

Alistair joined ICA Partners (then Ironstone Capital Advisory) in 2013 with extensive experience across renewable energy including development, construction, operations, project financing and M&A. He is a specialist in the renewable energy sector with in-depth technical, operational, and commercial knowledge.

Prior to joining ICA, Alistair was CEO of Collgar Wind Farm, Chair of ALTRAC Light Rail Pty Ltd (Sydney light rail) and Executive Director at UBS. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (1st Class Hons) from the University of Western Australia.
