Tristan joined ICA Partners in 2017, and has over 15 years experience as an infrastructure and renewables advisor. He specialises in M&A, debt structuring and negotiation.
Prior to joining ICA, Tristan held positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Hastings Infrastructure and Macquarie Group. He holds a Bachelor of Finance (Honours) from the Australian National University.

Jeremy joined ICA Partners in 2019 and has over 25 years of experience in the finance industry, primarily gained in the fund / investment management industry across Infrastructure, Real Estate, Private Equity and traditional asset classes (equities and fixed income) both in Australia and abroad.
Prior to joining ICA, Jeremy was the Asia Pacific Chief Operating Officer, Alternatives and Real Assets, at Deutsche Asset Management. He is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance majors) from the University of New South Wales.
Matthew joined ICA Partners in 2023 and has over 10 years experience providing financial and commercial advice on energy and infrastructure transactions in Australia and the UK. He has broad sector experience across renewables, power transmission, transport and social housing.
Prior to joining ICA, Matthew was an Associate Director in the Infrastructure Advisory team at PwC. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, and is a CFA Charterholder.
