Jeremy joined ICA Partners in 2019 with over 20 years experience in the funds / asset management industry across Infrastructure, Real Estate, Private Equity and traditional asset classes (equities and fixed income) both in Australia and abroad.
Prior to joining ICA, Jeremy was Chief Operating Officer at Deutsche Asset Management, and a Manager in Financial Services Assurance at PwC. He is a Chartered Accounted, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance majors) from the University of New South Wales, Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment, FINSIA.
Matthew joined ICA Partners in 2023 and has over 10 years experience providing financial and commercial advice on energy and infrastructure transactions in Australia and the UK. He has broad sector experience across renewables, power transmission, transport and social housing.
Prior to joining ICA, Matthew was an Associate Director in the Infrastructure Advisory team at PwC. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Rachael joined ICA Partners in 2015 and has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry. She specialises in infrastructure and energy transactions.
Prior to joining ICA, Rachael held positions at ABN AMRO, Royal Bank of Scotland and Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi. She holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney, was a Chartered Accountant and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
